PRE-ORDER
Pre-Order refers to the ability to order an item that is not yet available for sale/not in stock. This usually occurs with specialty or limited edition items, and merchandise tied to television shows, movies or games that will be for sale/in stock the date of the commercial release of said television shows, movies or games. International Shipping is not available for pre-order items. Please note: There is an additional $1.99 surcharge per item on pre-order merch shipped to home addresses. This surcharge is waived entirely if the Ship To Store option is selected.

Payment Methods
You can place an order using a debit card or credit card. We will seek a bank authorization (a hold on your card) for the price of the pre-order item(s) purchased the day the order is submitted. You will receive an email confirmation once you place your order, but your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. PayPal/Venmo and Gift cards are not accepted for pre-order items.
Shipping Options
At this time all pre-order items will ship via standard shipping on their expected ship date. If you purchase in-stock and pre-order items in the same transaction and select overnight or second day shipping, the in-stock items will ship via your selected shipping option. The pre-order items will ship at a later date via standard shipping.
Shipping Surcharge
There is an additional $1.99 surcharge per item on pre-order merch shipped to home addresses. This surcharge is waived entirely if the Ship To Store option is selected.
Merchandise
You can tell if a product is available for pre-order when you’re on the product detail page. For sized items, you must select a size first.
Delays in Shipment
It is possible that an item may not be available by the initial expected ship-by date that was stated when the order was placed. If you do not want to wait you may cancel your order by calling our toll free Customer Service number: 800-892-8674 (international customers, call +1626-603-3182), or contact us via email. If we do not hear from you WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS FROM RECEIVING THIS EMAIL, and we have not shipped by 30 days later than the original promised shipment time, your order will be canceled automatically. If you do not want your order automatically canceled 30 days later than original promised ship date you may request that we keep your order and fill it later. WE MUST HEAR FROM YOU WITHIN SEVEN (7) OF RECEIVING THIS EMAIL IF YOU WANT TO KEEP THE ORDER AND FILL IT LATER. If you request that we keep your order and fill it later you still have the right to cancel the order at any time before we ship it to you by calling our toll free Customer Service number: 800-892-8674 or via email. If you do not want the item once it has been shipped you may return via our normal return process and your credit card will be refunded.
